Do I have to have a minimum amount of ink or toner cartridges?

We will purchase any amount of toner and we will quote on more than 5 ink cartridges.

Is there a maximum amount of ink or toner cartridges I can send?

No maximum. We are equipped to handle any amount of cartridges and surplus stock.

Do you purchase compatible brand toners and inks?

Unfortunately we cannot purchase compatible brands. We only purchase original brands, such as: HP, Canon, Lexmark, Xerox, Brother, Epson, Samsung, Rioch, Konica Minolta, Toshiba, Oki, Dell, Kyocera, Toshiba, Sharp, etc.

How much are my ink or toner cartridges worth?

It depends on what type of cartridge it is and what condition it is in. You can see more about grading your cartridges above and once you contact us with the details we can provide you with a quote.

When and how will I get paid?

You will be paid as soon as the surplus stock arrives at our warehouse and is checked. We can provide payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash if you bring them in.

Do you charge for collection?

No! We arrange all collections and they are totally free!
